RedRocks Audio
The imPULSE D200 is a Class D amplification module developed by Red Rocks Audio for self-amplified professional audio purposes.
This new technology is based in the use of high frequency switching power devices, which provides a very high performance and very low losses. With an amazing efficiency (more than 93%) the imPULSE D200 module transforms almost the total power supply energy into audio power, with minimum heat losses. This way, the heatsink could be smaller, saving space and materials.
The imPULSE D200 real power is 200W RMS at 8Ω and 140W RMS at 16Ω. It also works with 4Ω loads, although its maximum power is limited to 200W by the included overcurrent protection.
The amplifier operation is constantly monitored through integrated protection circuits. In case of a short circuit in the audio output or a load abnormal behaviour, a high-speed circuit protects the power transistors in a silent manner. Another protection acts in case of an input voltage increasing or decreasing to dangerous values. At last, there’s another protection that detects any offset or continuous voltage present in the audio output.
The imPULSE D200 modulation system uses a self-oscillating high frequency circuit that does not require an external clock. Also, the used feedback includes the reconstruction output filter in the loop. This way, the amplifier can correct load anomalies or defects at real time without using additional filters or zobels at the output, making the frequency response constant at any time, not influenced by load type or impedance. This means that we can turn the module on without any load and the input signal frequency won’t affect the amplifier operation. Other implementations need to waste a lot of energy through a zobel in the output when the input signal goes up to 10kHz and it’s constant, and even shuts down to prevent the damage of the output transistors.
Because its small size and low heat losses, this module is ideal for compression HF drivers and active boxes where space is important.

imPULSE D-1000 CLASS D AUDIO AMPLIFIER
The imPULSE D600 is a Class D amplification module developed by Red Rocks Audio for self-amplified professional audio purposes.
This new technology is based in the use of high frequency switching power devices, which provides a very high performance and very low losses. With an amazing efficiency (more than 93%) the imPULSE D600 module transforms almost the total power supply energy into audio power, with minimum heat losses. This way, the heatsink could be smaller, saving space and materials.
The imPULSE D600 real power is 600W RMS at 4Ω and 350W RMS at 8Ω. It also works with 2Ω loads, although its maximum power is limited to 1000W peak by the included overcurrent protection.
The imPULSE D600 amplifier has a feature that makes it unique: The audio signal travels from the input to the output through a fully differential and balanced way, minimizing the usual common-mode noise.
The protection circuit uses a redundant system for controlling the output current. One way, measuring the instantaneous current of the power transistors; and the other way, measuring the actual voltage on the transistor gates. This way, the system monitors any current excess or the possibility of a short circuit in both audio output as in the power supply.
The unipolar audio output allows – unlike other similar amplifiers – the use of two equal modules to obtain 1200W RMS (bridge mode). Unlike other similar devices, this module is sincronizable through an included connector to avoid the generation of beat frequencies when using more than one module without additional circuitry, switches or jumpers needed.
The imPULSE D600 modulation system uses a self-oscillating high frequency circuit that does not require an external clock. Other implementations need to waste a lot of energy through a zobel in the output when the input signal goes up to 10kHz and it’s constant, and even shuts down to prevent the damage of the output transistors.

imPULSE SMPS6060-PFC SWICHTING MODE POWER SUPPLY
The imPULSE SMPS6060PFC power supply is designed to power the different imPULSE audio series amplification modules, so we can connect different types of amplifiers using a single supply.
The imPULSE SMPS6060PFC efficiency is very high, so we can get a high performance in a very short area.It is a switching quasi-resonant supply working in half-bridge mode. It delivers a 1000W sustained output and a 2000W peak output thanks to the use of a tuned circuit at the output. This circuit makes the waveform of the signal current that runs through the power transistors sinuoidal and not square as usual. This way, we get a very high efficiency so the transistors must dissipate much less heat. The oscillation frequency is about 125kHz and the circuit ensures a soft start at turning on to prevent false triggering of external fuses and circuit breakers.
It has a protection against overcurrent based in an output current real-time reading. Any anomaly produces a silent supply turn-off , which rearms automatically without user intervention.
The imPULSE SMPS6060-PFC delivers two output voltages: +/- 80V for imPULSE D600 modules and +/-30V for imPULSE D200 modules. It also has an +/- 12V 1A output for auxiliar circuits, DSP processors … and a +12V 1A dedicated output for external fans.
The active PFC (Power Factor Correction) circuit at the A.C. input keeps the radiation produced by the circuitry under the specification and regulation levels, and provides a better voltage stabilization in case of fluctuations in the mains supply.

imPULSE miniPROC II DIGITAL LOUDSPEAKER CONTROLLER
The Red Rocks Audio ImPULSE miniPROC II is a digital signal processor designed for loudspeaker control using a last generation DSP device.
The imPULSE miniPROC II is recommended for self-amplified systems where space and cost requirements are critical, without affecting the audio quality.
It has an USB port that allows us to connect a personal computer with the control software included. This way, we can save and load presets and change the different control parameters in real time without interrupting the normal operation and without mutes or clicks.
Basically, this processor contains:
- A balanced input circuit with digital volume control
- A four-band complete parametric EQ at the input
- A 2 or 4 ways crossover with slope and selectable filter type
- A limiter with adjustable threshold on each output
- A level control , phase inverter, and mute control on each output
- An adjustable delay on each output and input to correct the distances between loudspeakers

Hallo, and sorry for my bad english!
I will test for our Produktion of High-End Aktivspeakers the Mini Proc DSP-Modul, but for 4-way Speakers. I also need the Supply for it.
How can we do it?
Regards
David
Digital Audio amplifer is the best. Keep it going! Thank you
Could you please send me a price list for your products. Such a list should defenitly be avalible on your web site since it is very hard to evaluate your products with out it!
Hello, We are now preparing the new version 3.0 of the DSP, and expanding new product range. The Power supply SMPS6060, still in production. We are a small production company that products manufactured entirely in Europe. At the time of research and development is not brought to market. We are in test and control processes ..
We will have the full range of products in April and will draw on sale.
Greetings…
